‘[He] screamed at me until I picked him up’: Adorable alley cat demands random pedestrian save him from the streets, in turn he gets the feline family he always dreamed of

There are so many cats in the world that need help, feline fam. We try to celebrate the wholesome hoomans who save them as much as pawssible, but we put a bit of extra effort into giving them the appaws they deserve on Caturday. Maybe they found the cats hiding around their house with a litter of kittens, maybe they adopted the cat that kept getting overlooked at the shelter, or maybe, they just scooped them up right off the streets. No matter where you got them, we want to thank you for going out of your way to help a kitty in need.

Sometimes, the hoomans decide to take the cats, and other times, the cats decide to adopt the hoomans. In this case, an adorable alley cat literally screamed at a random pedestrian until he picked him up. Purrhaps the cat knew that the man was secretly hoping for a fluffy feline family, or maybe it was just luck. We think the cat knew, though, cats have a sixth sense about these things.   • Not the bunny ears! Well, when you give up your freedom, you get other things in return. A purrsonal heater in your safe and comfy home, unlimited treats and food, and sometimes, some costumes your hooman makes you wear for their enjoyment. It's all part of the package.

  • We have enough trouble giving our cats a normal bath, let alone multiple flea baths. That sounds like a challenge, to say the least. However, we're sure it was some sort of bonding expurrience…at least, we hope so. They seem to be purrfectly in love, so it couldn't have been that bad.
